The Inception of Blogish

No, unfortunately this inception does not involve Joseph Gordon Levitt.  Sorry, kids.

So I went to Career Services yesterday because I'm graduating and the future is scary.  I *just* wanted a little help with my resume.  Just a little.  Just enough so recruitment people don't start laughing and dump it in the trash.  But the lady at the office insisted on asking all sorts of questions like "What do you want to do with your life?" and "What are you passionate about?", none of which I had the answers to.  I just wanted a resume that didn't suck; not too much to ask, right??  Ok ok, she was a very nice lady and this IS her job.  I mentioned that I was interested in publishing, my fall-back answer for the past several years.  (Do I know what publishing consists of?  Not really.  But it seems mildly interesting and people generally shut up after you mention it.)  Anyhow, Career Services lady had lots of advice, such as being more involved with the community or starting a blog.  Something about showing of my writing "skills"...

Thus... *drumrolls and trumpets* ... Blogish.  Not real blogging.  Just ish.
